Most anxious guys don’t realize how detrimental begging and pleading are after a breakup. It shows your ex an extension of what you probably were right after the breakup. This negative impact can’t be overstated. It shows your ex an extension of what you probably were right before the breakup: Insecure and needy because you felt her slipping away.
It’s a vicious cycle. A woman will leave when she can deceive. She’ll be turned off if she feels that she holds all the power. And the needier you become, the more she loses interest, until she leaves you because she no longer trusts you. And a woman who trusts discovers her lust. With insecure behavior, you erode trust and this pushes her even further away.
But once you stop, go no contact, and focus on yourself, she has to face the truth that the power balance is restored. Now she wonders why you stop chasing and this slowly re-establishes trust. She dated you in the first place because you fulfilled all her needs, not because you were needy.
Get back to feeling like a king so you can give her what she desires: Strength and confidence. So never chase your ex and instead, focus on rediscovering your inner strength. That’s when she’ll come back and give you another chance.
