A lot of guys who are doing no contact always worry when they haven’t heard from their ex for a few months. If that’s you, I want you to know that you can have peace of mind and don’t need to think about this!
It is human nature to always want to get results as soon as possible but it is important that you detach yourself from the outcome of getting your ex back during no contact.
No contact is about finding back to your own inner peace, even without your ex. If you haven’t had any contact with your ex-girlfriend for months, maybe even almost as long as a year, don’t freak out!
Exes can take a long time to come around after a bad breakup. The reality is that very few exes will simply forget about you after you’ve shared an important relationship and the longer your relationship lasted, the more likely it is that she will be willing to reach out to you and try to reconnect what you had in the past.
So don’t get attached to hearing back from her because this will drive you crazy and such a state of mind will kill her attraction to you when she reaches out to you because she expects you to be a king! It’s highly likely that she broke up with you in the first place because she no longer saw the king within you who you once were.
So focus on unleashing the king within instead of focusing on your ex!
