Are you scared to death that your ex will never come back? It’s normal to feel this way. Many men feel extreme anxiety after a breakup, but remind yourself that this state of anxiety is not the real you. I am sure you almost never felt this anxious in your life. Right now you are not your best self. So pull back from your ex, take a breather, and realize that time will solve a lot of your problems.
In time, she will stop being angry with you and won’t have a lot of resentment. The longer you chase her while you are in a heightened state of anxiety, the longer you show a version of yourself that’s not who you are. She dated you because she knew that you are an amazing man. You are a king and she will remember this, and so will you. So go no contact. Not to get her back but for yourself.
