One of the gravest mistakes I see guys make is that they apologize to their ex with endless remorse but then… Crickets…. Instead of focusing on changing and using the realization that they messed up, they continue chasing more. But chasing your ex is never going to bring the change that’s needed to improve your love life.
You owe it to yourself to take the painful lesson of your breakup and prepare yourself and learn how to maintain a healthier relationship. If you want to get your ex back or want to find another woman who makes you happy, then you need to follow up your words with real meaningful action. If you’re chasing your ex-girlfriend, then now is the time to stop and realign your vision on your own growth.
When you change yourself, rather than changing your ex’s mind, you’ll gain so much more in the process. That change will set powerful roots within you that will sprout self-assurance and strength.
