Your ex broke up with you? Or you turned off a woman and then you start using the no contact rule to reattract her? Then you need to remind yourself that she owes you nothing and that her world does not revolve around you! A lot of guys who want a woman back pause their lives for a woman who doesn’t want them and almost feel entitled and think that it is guaranteed that she will reach out.
If you go down this road you’ll get extremely attached and you’ll ask yourself “why hasn’t she messaged me yet?“
This is very unhealthy because there are a hundred reasons why she hasn’t reached out! Some of them could be about you, some of them could have nothing at all to do with you! Her life does not revolve around you if you’re not dating, and so you shouldn’t make her your world! It’s important to accept that you’re not with her right now and live your life without being attached to her. That way, when she comes back, you will least expect it.
And then you won’t feel anxious. This confidence will lead to her trusting you again. And a woman who trusts discovers her lust. So don’t make any woman who’s not with you your priority. You’re a king and your world keeps on spinning even if you’re single!
