Has your ex-girlfriend blocked you completely out of nowhere and you’re wondering what you should do? The answer is simple: Do nothing and do not worry! If you haven’t done anything to deliberately hurt or provoke your ex, then she probably blocked you impulsively because she couldn’t deal with the pain of the breakup.
This is her defense mechanism kicking in to deal with the loss of the relationship. This is not a bad thing! Your ex needs to grieve and overcome the pain after your breakup just like you. The chances of her keeping you blocked forever are unlikely because over time, the pain will fade.
Eventually, she’s going to remember your relationship more fondly and there will be little resentment left. She’ll realize that blocking you serves no purpose in her recovery process, nor will it help her keep in touch with you once she realizes that blocking you was impulsive and a bad idea.
So don’t worry if your ex blocked you. If you haven’t done anything that made her block you, then there’s nothing to worry about. Use this time away from her to focus on yourself, so when she unblocks you, you’ll be the king that she wants to reconnect with.
