Section 6 — Refund Policy
Merch Shop
We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras.
Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change.
Confidence King Online Training
You get a “14-Day Tour” that allows you to try Confidence King for two weeks, then make your decision. If you participate in Confidence King, and you don’t get the results you want, then I believe it’s not your fault, and you deserve your money back.
You also get a 90-Day “New Confidence Guarantee” that allows you to attend the entire 90-Day Confidence King course, and request a refund if you believe you didn’t get the results you were hoping for. The one condition is that you send us your homework to show that you attended, and that you tried.
Any other trainings not mentioned by name follow the same refund policy
Personal Coaching
A single private coaching session cannot be refunded. If you buy a customized coaching package worth of several sessions over the course of several months, you are able to request a refund within the first 30 days of purchasing your customized package.
Section 7 — Accuracy Of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
